Teak GTR Bamboo Deck

In collaboration with Teaken Skateboards, we have developed a remarkable and visually captivating GTR2 deck made from sustainable teak wood grip tape. Starting as a solid teak veneer reminiscent of a luxurious super yacht's flooring, this deck's grip tape undergoes precision laser CNC cutting to create an aesthetically pleasing pattern that enhances grip without relying on a traditional "rough grip" surface. Crafted from certified SFM teak, known for its exceptional durability and resistance to splitting or splintering, this deck is designed to withstand various weather conditions.

Construction

3 layers of vertically laminated bamboo with two layers of fibreglass together with a traditional concave on the outer edges of the deck for maximum comfort and control. 

Feel

The bamboo and fibreglass construction provides a medium flex underfoot when riding. This deck is perfect for beginners or riders wanting the most flex!

Aesthetics

The bamboo deck has a classic longboard look with traditional grip tape down the outsides with a clear grip down through the middle.

The GTR2 Bamboo deck also has an adjustable truck hole system that allows the user to move the trucks back or forth, allowing further customise to the ride.
