Who we are

This website is owned and operated by Ben Buckler Boards Pty Ltd ACN 155 485 724, an independent Sydney business. We are not Evolve Skateboards Pty Ltd, and we are not the manufacturer of Evolve products. Ben Buckler Boards purchased the remaining Australian and New Zealand stock and this website from the Evolve Skateboards companies.

If you bought before the change-over

If you bought your board, parts or a service package from Evolve Skateboards (including Evolve Skateboards Aus Pty Ltd or Evolve Skateboards Global Pty Ltd), an Evolve retailer, or second-hand, before Friday 23 October 2026 (Australia) or Wednesday 28 October 2026 (New Zealand), your contract was with the seller, not with Ben Buckler Boards. Ben Buckler Boards did not take over Evolve's warranties, extended warranties, service packages, gift cards, store credit, refunds, finance plans, open orders or recall responsibilities. Claims about those purchases should be emailed to ask@evolveskateboards.com.au.

Ben Buckler Boards are here to help

We want Evolve riders to keep riding. Where we reasonably can, we may offer diagnosis, repairs, labour or replacement parts to Evolve customers. Any help we give is a goodwill gesture. We decide case by case whether, how and on what terms to help, which may include a fee, and helping you once does not commit us to help again. Help is not an admission that we are responsible for the product.

Products that are out of stock

We understand that some critical parts are out of stock in Australia and the world, so we are working around the clock to source and make parts such as remotes, motor controllers and chargers so that riders can continue to ride. 

When we are likely to decline support

We will generally not assist where proof of purchase is not available; the product has been modified, opened, crashed, water-damaged or poorly stored; the battery or electronics show signs of damage, swelling or heat; parts are not available; the product is subject to a safety recall that is the manufacturer's responsibility; or the request is made in an abusive or threatening way.

Safety recalls

Recalls of Evolve products are the responsibility of the manufacturer and the original supplier. Check productsafety.gov.au (Australia) or recalls.govt.nz (New Zealand). If we become aware of a recall we will share the information we have.

Your rights

Nothing on this page excludes, restricts or modifies any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 against the business that sold you the product or against the manufacturer.
